Billing Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026. Trials, renewals, refunds, and plan changes.
This Billing Policy applies to paid SolveStack AI subscriptions. Plan prices are listed on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
1. Free trials
Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial unless otherwise stated. You may need a valid payment method at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the first charge occurs.
2. Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew monthly (or annually if offered) until canceled. Charges are processed by our payment partner. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately; we may prorate the difference for the remaining cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless we state otherwise. Module limits of the new plan apply when the change becomes effective.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Billing in the customer app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the paid period. We do not typically refund unused time for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Refunds
If you were charged in error, or a service outage made the product substantially unusable for an extended period, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Enterprise contracts may specify different terms.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry and notify you. Continued failure can lead to suspension until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts owed for the period used.
7. Enterprise
Custom invoices, net terms, and MSAs supersede this policy where they conflict. Contact sales for Enterprise billing.
8. Changes
Price changes for existing subscriptions are communicated in advance and apply at the next renewal unless a contract locks pricing.
