This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SolveStack AI, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to solvestackai.com and the customer application.

1. Information we collect

Account and billing

Name, email, company name, password (stored hashed), plan selection, and billing identifiers from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Service content

Work requests, tickets, leads, invoices metadata, comments, and settings you enter into modules. This content is processed to provide the Service to your account.

Usage and device

Approximate location from IP, browser type, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic logs. We use cookies and similar technologies for session auth and basic analytics.

Support

Messages you send via contact forms, demo requests, and support channels.

2. How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Respond to support and demo requests
  • Send product and billing notices (you can opt out of non-essential marketing)
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms and AUP

3. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors who help us run the Service (hosting, database, email, payments, analytics) under contractual confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After cancellation we retain billing records as required for tax and accounting, and may delete or anonymize operational content within 30–90 days unless a longer hold is legally required or you request export beforehand.

5. Security

We use industry-standard controls including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report issues to [email protected].

6. Your choices

Access or update profile data in Settings. Request export or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Marketing emails include unsubscribe links. Cookie controls are available in your browser.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
