Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026. Plain-language terms for using SolveStack AI.

These Terms govern access to SolveStack AI websites, apps, and modules operated at solvestackai.com and related domains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

SolveStack AI provides modular business automation software. Contact: [email protected].

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans and trials are described on the Pricing page and in our Billing Policy. Trial conversions and renewals are billed according to the plan you select unless you cancel before the trial or renewal date.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or create risk to the Service or other customers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of data you submit (requests, tickets, customer records, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent you have the rights to submit that content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by SolveStack AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. You may not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or resell the Service except as expressly allowed.

7. Third-party services

Optional integrations (e.g., payment processors, identity providers) are governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that automation outcomes will meet every business goal. This is software, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveStack AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or USD $100 if you are on a free trial with no fees paid).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel per the Billing Policy. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete or anonymize data after a reasonable retention window as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

This document is a working product policy, not attorney-approved legal advice.
